CUSTOMER SUPPORT

SHIPPING, DELIVERY LEAD TIMES AND PRICES.

We will assign a number to your order and will inform you about it when we accept it. Thank you for using the order number whenever you contact us.

We prepare the orders only from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00 CET (Central European Time), and once the payment has been confirmed. 

The moment your Order is being shipped, the User will receive an email with all the information to trace the parcel. Here below you will see the delivery times from Monday to Friday and costs.

  • Main Land Spain and Portugal: 3 days / 7€
     

  • Balear, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 days / 12€
     

  • Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom): 14,99€

BohoPoh uses rates agreed with a logistic provider for shipments in Balear, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and for some International destinations. Bohopoh will not asume any additional logistic charges like customs, which will be assumed by the User.

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

Main Land Spain and Portugal: Free shipping delivery for orders from 50 € and more with a 3 days delivery delivery.

Balear & Canary Island, Europe (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom): Free standard shippment for orders 100€ or more and 5 days delivery.

BohoPoh will not be responsible for delays in the customs clearance or if the local authorities decide to confiscate any item contained in a shipment.
 

BohoPoh products will be delivered in perfect condition to the specified address in the form completed by the User. 

BohoPoh assumes no responsibility if the orders delivery is unsuccessful as a result oft he false, inaccurate or incomplete data provided by the User. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs.

BohoPoh will take all necessary measures so that delivery can be done within the agreed time limits and considers the payment confirmation as a necessary condition for maintaining the delivery schedule. However, time limits indicated in the website are estimations and may vary because of logistics reasons or other major events.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our returns policy means you can return an item within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day the customer receives the product but only if the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund (excluding costs of return).

The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by means of notification via telephone communication at +34 600401514, by contacting the electronic mail hello@bohopoh.com, sending your letter or to our postal address C/Cerignola, 5, 5º-1ª, 08021 Barcelona.

Pursuant to Article 103 of law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of the General law for the defence of consumers and users, supplies of services or goods made in accordance with the specifications of the consumer or clearly personalized, or which, by their nature, can not be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from withdrawal.

BohoPoh is responsible for collecting the product.

BohoPoh will take care of the costs of the return.

Once the product is received, we'll check the status. At the time we verify that the article (s), as well as the possible components, accessories, promotional gifts and documentation, are complete and in perfect condition, we will proceed to return the money paid for the products purchased; In the event that the product does not meet the conditions indicated, the return may be dismissed. In no case will the amount paid for "shipping" be returned.

 


RETURN OF THE DETECTIVE PRODUCT

In the event that the product is not in good condition and the causes attributable to this, are not the result of the customer, it will be entitled to the return of the product, informing to BohoPoh of the reason of return through any of the means in the present contracting conditions, and at no cost to the customer. This return due to a defect or bad condition of the product will not be considered a right of withdrawal. The customer will have up to 30 calendar days to request the change/return if it has a manufacturing defect.



PRICE AND PAYMENT

We accept payment via PayPal or with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product including VAT, will be in Euros€ currency. It will be the price indicated on the shop of the website when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct. However,

if the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the Courts of Spain and in the city of Barcelona
